Meatballs

I had the best meatballs last night for dinner!!! Michele's mum made them. Yes homemade meatballs are the best... oh wait I can't really say that cos I've never had homemade meatballs before. I'm sorry mum, but I know you've tried but how do you expect to beat an Italian mother who makes her own salami, olives, and everything else? (but I still do love my mum the most!)

So, these meatballs. I think they were a mix of beef and pork. Fried just right on the outside, soft and not too well done on the inside. Eat that with spiced tomato based pasta sauce (made from scratch of course!) .... can life be any better than this!??!

I brought left overs for lunch today too. And I brought some for my sister too. Now she can see what real pasta sauce taste like (again, no offence mum)

I'm so looking forward to lunch.... 3 hours and 14 mins to go...
